You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to merchandise returns. We also require a 20% restocking fee on returned items. Unfortunately, we can't afford return shipping costs as we pride ourselves on our low retail prices and free shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note, if we do not receive your return package, we will not be able to refund you for your transaction.

International shipping rates are based on weight and will be calculated at the time of checkout. If the shipping cost calculation to the customer deviates significantly from our true shipping cost, we will reach out to you directly. Please make sure you provide your correct mailing address when placing your order. Customers often enter incorrect mailing addresses and invalid addresses when placing orders, causing carriers to return many packages back to us. In these scenarios, we will refund customers for the merchandise less a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
